Shipments of products with a value of less than 600 euros are charged a shipping fee according to the volume and weight of the package. In any case, tooth21 will contact you for your information and the most ideal solution for you.
For shipments worth over 600 euros, no shipping costs are charged to the customer, but they are sent at tooth21’s expense.
REFUNDS
Cancellation of the order can be done within 24 hours from the date of dispatch of your order, as long as it has not been dispatched on the same day.
What are the procedures for returning a product?
In any case, before returning a product to the company, you should contact us in writing at info@tooth21.com and explain the reasons for not accepting the product and returning it. An executive of our company will examine your request and contact you, giving you the necessary instructions to complete the transaction.
Also please pay attention to the following points:
• You must have contacted the same day or the next business day that you received the product to inform the company. Before any product return there must be a written notification by email or FAX that will justify the reason for the return. Otherwise, any return may not be accepted.
• You can return the products you purchased within 15 calendar days from the issue of the invoice and request their replacement, in all those cases in which there is a proven fault of tooth21 or the product is defective or was sent incorrectly by the company.
• In any case, if the product is returned, it should be packed very well and protected during shipping, with all the accompanying documents. (Instructions, guarantees, Shipping Notes, receipt, etc.)
• For those cases where destruction of the packaging is not required to view the product, it is necessary to place it in its original packaging so that it can be returned.
• The product should not be used unless this is not possible in relation to its type.
• The return costs are borne by the tooth21 company, only if there is an error on its part.
In this case, the product return company should be the same as the one that delivered the product to you.
We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions, it will not be received and will be returned to the sender.
In cases of justified product returns, tooth21 credits the money to your account or offers you alternative product proposals.
Cases of Service – Product Repairs.
In cases where the product you have purchased from tooth21 falls within the warranty period, please notify us in writing at info@tooth21.com and we will contact you to repair or replace it.
The warranty period starts from the date of cut of the receipt or invoice. For this reason, it is necessary for the customer to keep a copy of the receipt accompanying the product he receives.
You will be informed about the delivery time of the repaired product in writing or by phone once the product is received and its damage is determined.
The repair- (service) of the product within the warranty period and any replacement of a spare part is provided FREE of charge as long as the product has not been misused, e.g. broken by a fall, fire, opening of the device by an unauthorized technician, etc.
The cost of transporting the product (for any service case) to and from our facilities is borne by the buyer and not the company (tooth21).
The company, through its selected suppliers, provides its customers with a comprehensive SERVICE and can, for most of its products, provide spare parts and repair even after the expiry of the warranty, with a corresponding charge for the service.
