The Biner LC material contains calcium hydroxyphosphate in its composition. It is a light-curing, fluoride releasing, X-ray opaque backing material designed for use with bonding systems and all filling materials.
Biner LC contains hydroxyl calcium phosphate in urethane dimethacrylate resin. It chemically bonds with all types of bonding systems, composites and other resin-based materials. It also binds microchemically with dentin.
Indications:
- as protection of the tooth pulp
- as a base for filling materials
- as a protective material when applying the general etching technique
Application:
- excellent biocompatibility with pulp and dentin
- light-curing underlay material, very hard after polymerization
- chemically bonds with bonding systems and all composites
- contains in its composition calcium hydroxyphosphate
- releases calcium, hydroxyl, phosphate and fluoride ions
- material insoluble in water and body fluids
