A tool in Amber HT Technology.
The tools for the mechanical fabrication of the glide path (smooth path) are a technological challenge. They are the first to penetrate narrow, curved and often calcified canals. They must be small, very flexible, but at the same time resistant to twisting in the channel. Meeting all these requirements in one file is not easy. Therefore, a special heat treatment process, Amber HT Technology, was created, which allowed to improve the properties of the NiTi alloy and design one safe instrument to create a smooth path in the channel.
In addition to the modified NiTi alloy, a special cross-section of the tool was also designed, based on the S cross-section. This allowed for a massive file core, which ensures work safety even in highly calcified canals. The combination of the latest metallurgy achievements with a special design of the tool construction ensures maximum safety.
