eugenol oil 100%

Eugenol is commonly used as a liquid for making pastes for filling root canals (Endomethasone, Caryosan), as well as for materials used for temporary filling of cavities and for pastes for intermediate dental pulp (Caryosan, zinc oxide) .

Eugenol can also be used to disinfect root canals in the treatment of pulp gangrene, as well as impregnating dentin with silver nitrate.

Eugenol is the main component of clove oil (oleum Caryophylli), it has a strong bactericidal and anesthetic effect. It is difficult to dissolve in water.
