Preparation containing 19% EDTA, used for cleaning and preparation of the canal and removal of the smear layer
Indications:
- preparation of the canal with the use of files and extenders
- calcification centers in the canal system
- narrow, obliterated channels
- removing the smear layer
MODE OF ACTION
– removal of organic substances in the chelation process (EDTA-Ca)
– easier mechanical preparation of the channel thanks to the friction-reducing properties
– cleaning the surface of the root system thanks to the removal of the smear layer
Available packaging: 2 x syringe 5.4 ml (7 g), disposable tips,
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
– using a syringe, place a small amount of the preparation at the mouth of the root canal
– gently push the preparation into the lumen of the root canal using a file or a dilator
– repeat the application of the preparation until the end of the canal system development
– rinse the root canal thoroughly with sodium hypochlorite
WARNINGS
– use the preparation carefully, not perforating the canal
– avoid placing the specimen near the apex
– close the syringe between uses
