Speedex uses DCP (Dimnesion Controlling Precondensate) technology. Thanks to it, we provide C-silicone with a quality almost comparable to A-silicone, which can be used for two-stage, single-stage simultaneous work and for relining.
It has a very high shape stability, the model can be cast up to 7 days after removing the impression.
Even when the shortest setting time is chosen, there is enough of it to take the impression correctly, saving time for the doctor and the patient at the same time.
Speedex is surface activated.
It has a very high tear resistance, it is non-sticky and does not leave residues in the interdental spaces.
It can be disinfected with mild disinfectants.
It is biocompatible, indifferent to the mucosa, the patient’s skin and the doctor’s skin.
Provides patient comfort (neutral taste and smell), does not cause excessive salivation.
Speedex Putty is a highly viscous material for the first impression layer or for trays in the simultaneous impression technique. Speedex Light Body is a low-viscosity material intended for the second impression layer or for syringes using the simultaneous impression technique. Speedex mass has one universal activator used for both the 1st and 2nd layer of the mass. Speedex Medium is a material for partial and full dentures. By extending the setting time of the Speedex Medium mass, the very important movements necessary for the correct preparation of a partial or complete denture are reproduced very precisely. Speedex Medium has excellent wettability and fluidity. A suitable angle of contact is 30 degrees after 30 seconds.
The setting time of the Speedex materials can be changed by increasing or decreasing the activator dose.
