The spiral in the Inspiral Brush Tip reduces the viscosity during the application of the thixotropic resin. As a result, the viscosity of the material is lower after application. The resin stabilizes when the viscosity is stopped and the application is complete, which prevents the resin from flowing out prior to polymerization.
