Advantages: The main advantages of Viteremer include: triple curing system: 1) lamp light curing, 2) chemical bond, 3) addition polymerization; and also: adhesion to hard dental tissues, high release of fluoride ions and tissue biocompatibility and good aesthetics obtained with 6 shades.
Vitremer binds when exposed to visible light. In addition, this material has two self-hardening mechanisms, enabling relatively quick hardening in the event of limited light access, which allows the material to be applied in thick layers. Vitremer is recommended to be used with the use of a one-component, light-curing primer, which moistens the joined surfaces, facilitating adhesion. For better aesthetics, it is recommended to use a shining material – it is a one-component, light-curing resin without filler.
